GBGhosted after applying Applied for the SWE track on 3/5/24 and received an almost immediate email that said the following: "After reviewing your application, we believe you are a high-potential candidate, but with the limited information we had available, we could not get complete clarity on your fit with your industry and the fellowship." This was after supplying my extensive resume. I was invited to complete a course, a coding challenge, and upload videos. I completed all of it and heard nothing. I reached out a few weeks later and the person who responded essentially sent me the same email requesting I complete the videos again. I informed them this was already done and I uploaded them again just in case. I was told they received them and I would hear back from an "admissions specialist" within 7 days. That was 3/19/24 and a month ago. There is never an excuse to ghost someone, ESPECIALLY after they completed work for you.

GBPleased AND a Bit Let Down... I met with Jessica Webber while Nina (my usual career coach is out) and she was very insightful with my cold emails and interview. The one issue I have is that I have been on top of my tasks and don't feel like the response is as prompt as it should be. I have finished my resume and should be 'Application Ready', but I haven't received word of this, nor have I been issued any sourced jobs. It's been 1 1/2 week since I completed my resume.

GBIt was completely stuck with the US job… It was completely stuck with the US job market. I joined Pathrise to switch to a new position. I am very much interested with the procedure Pathrise is following compare to other consultancies. Having conversation with the industrial mentors is a plus point. I am looking forward to have good career with Pathrise.

GBGreat experience so far, everyone is very helpful and nice I joined Pathrise in February 2023, and I love it so far. I like the career workshops with different mentors, but the 1-on-1 sessions with industry mentors are the best, shout out to Albert, Maurice and Dylan in design, who gave me so much valuable feedback on where and how to improve my case studies and portfolio. Also, career mentor Emily, she's great and very helpful!

GBWorking with career advisors and… Working with career advisors and mentors has been knowledgeable. From shrinking a 2.5 page resume to 1 page without loosing content value. The matrix assessment will help pin point what needs to be said during an interview and how to say it. The above items has renewed my confidence in the job market and I am hoping to land my dream job soon.
