Amazing People! Amazing people, who have gone over and beyond for our company! it was completely hassle free and was always there when needed. Recruitment companies can be very pushy but these guys were like a breath of fresh air! the best thing is even when our campaign finished the C.VS are there for us to go back to for future purposes. :)

After a long search we finally found the best in the business! After a long search for the best channel to advertise for new hires, we finally found Recruitpedia. Advertising on multiple platforms is costly and time consuming. Recruitpedia have taken all that hassle away and at a price we can afford. Most importantly, we have had very successful recruiting drives since we found Recruitpedia. Our personal account manager, Mamoona, has been so helpful and always in contact to make sure we are getting the best out of our package. We are delighted with the service and can’t recommend Recruitpedia enough!

Amazing experience Great concept! Once my job was live I asked for a snapshot of where my job was being advertised. They literally posted it everywhere! I’ve been using one or two job boards for my recruitment but now see that there is a wider range of candidates out there! Hired a head chef in 2 weeks which i was struggling with for over 2 months!

Horrible experience Horrible experience! I wish I never signed up. I didn't get anything in exchange for my investment and the customer service side was horrid as well. First, they passed me around between different account managers then just stopped replying to me completely. For a fraction of their price I got 4 times more hits with a simple LinkedIn or Indeed ad, this was definitely not worth the money! The few candidates that I have received were not appropriate for the ad at all, many of them not being qualified or even living in the country when my ad clearly stated that's it's an office based role in London. I feel scammed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

AVOID complete scam AVOID complete scam. We brought a bronze package from them. Notified them we could not see the add on day 2 of going live. They said they will look into it. We got several staff to search for the Job listings as if they were searching for a job, they couldn’t find it, not even when specifically searching on Indeed. We took screenshots of the searches and sent them over. We asked them to check the area as again when we all search we could not see the jobs. We asked for it to be investigated as we had more staff look for the job and none of us could find it! We raised concerns over the placement of the add several times and were brushed off. Little to no effort was made to rectify the problem. We received indeed CVs from several people who did not apply for the job, we believe these to have been taken from indeed and sent to us. This was also communicated to recruitpedia and again we were brushed off. The campaign was a complete scam. Communication was shocking and felt like being ignored. They got paid and could not care less about delivering the service purchased. Further to this we had a credit on our account of £1000, we obviously would not use them again and requested a refund, this was bounced around with excuse after excuse, they refused to refund. When asked to have the managing directors details, we were told it was not a case for the MD and no details were given after several requests and making a formal complaint. They have since stopped communicating. And are still withholding our credit. Avoid, complete scam, appalling customer service.
