"These are on backorder. AEA is quite bad about sending us enough of these and there is a long waitlist. If you want I can refund your order and you will lose your spot in line." I will not purchase anything from them again! or you can continue to wait.

This company is a joke This company is a joke. I received an order confirmation for an order I did not place and tried to cancel immediately but was told that it had already shipped. That’s amazing I’ve never heard of something shipping that quick ever! I then contacted someone to help me and they told me they would only refund 70% due to a restocking fee and I would have to pay to ship it back. I looked up the refund policy on the website and it clearly says they will issue full refund for certain circumstances but clearly that’s a lie. If us not placing the order isn’t a good enough circumstance I don’t know what is. On top of all that the person I was dealing with was extremely rude!!! Don’t ever buy from this place cause if something is wrong or it ships wrong you will only have to pay for it in the end!!!!

Highly recommend Excellent communication, email updates about when your order should be ready, notification when shipped. Properly packaged and top quality item. I ordered the Cobra Adder and am very satisfied with my purchase.

First accepted an order and then… First accepted an order and then canceled the order despite the order confirmation from my side. Juice shop!!!
