Horrible company, horrible customer service. You probably won't receive what you order! I placed an order for a slide kit with firing pin and waited almost a week for the order and received a magazine extension for a gun I don't even own. I tried contacting NDZ through their number and constantly get a voicemail message and their email support is horrible. I honestly regret buying from this company, it has been a total waste of my time. Be advised, don't purchase from these folks until they get things figured out in terms of customer service. Horrible company!

BEST gun parts store Placed two separate orders first order was a guide rod kit worked perfectly although I went too light, my second order went big with grabbed several parts and I gotta say I’m very happy ndz hasn’t failed once this is my go to shop for now on!!!

Breakdown now a breeze Was having trouble breaking down my S&W SD9VE. Installed NDZ Extended slide lock lever, super easy to breakdown now. Yessss

He was good to me.... I ordered a barrel and then I read these reviews and got nervous, thinking id have trouble getting it, so I emailed to ask if I could cancel. The guy got right back to me and was nice and immediately refunded my money. I had it back in my account in 3 days. I was thinking it would be a nightmare, but now I wish I would have just got the barrel. Maybe they made some improvements
