WELCOME TO BEACH REUNION LUXURY VACATION RENTALS ON THE EMERALD COAST Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over 20 years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 guests. We proudly host vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front houses. Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Drive. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning. We entertain thousands of guests and host hundreds of weddings annually in our 50+ top of the line properties. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for over ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties. Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! Great time in Miramar Beach with 25… Great time in Miramar Beach with 25 college buddies. We had 3 houses rented through Beach Reunion and spent 6 days playing golf, hitting the beach and hanging out at the pool. This was our 15th year with Jim Cochran and Beach Reunion. The houses have everything you need for your stay. The BR crew has the houses ready to go including bringing in an extra grill at Venetian so all 26 of us could have dinner tonight getter. Aegean is just across the street from Venetian and Barton,newly built, is two houses down the street with a rooftop lounge perfect for evening cocktails. We were two blocks from the beach, two miles from stores to stock up for the week and minutes from great golf. We are already reserved for next year.

Good Day Sunshine The house is beautiful amenities are great Carrie the house manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She checked in w me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good and even stopped to put our garage cans out for us and reminded us of our garbage days she was very attentive. I cannot say enough good things about Carrie We will def be back to stay in this home

We have had an absolute BLAST! We have had an absolute BLAST! The house was our perfection for 6 families! We all had our nice separate spaces but enjoyed the large kitchen and living room for gathering our families together. The pool was perfect for the kiddos! The heat in the pool was a little warmer than we anticipated but the kids loved it! The access to the beach from the house is sooo close and so convenient it was the perfect pairing for the house! I really have no complaints about house! The beds are firm but comfy and the kids bunk beds were great too! Although the railing on the kids bunks could be a little higher to prevent falls.

Soak up the Sun Katie G and family stayed at Soak up the Sun. It was Fabulous!!! Great place for a large group!!

The house was great The house was great, clean and ready for us. The Beach Reunion staff is outstanding and were very attentive to our requests- just the best experience once again!!!
