We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 guests. We proudly host vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front houses. Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Drive. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning. We entertain thousands of guests and host hundreds of weddings annually in our 50+ top of the line properties. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for over ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties. Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! We just got home from our stay and we… We just got home from our stay and we had a truly beautiful condo with seaside views that were amazing! They were very good with communication and responding quickly. Easy process and would definitely recommend Beach Reunion/Seascapes/Majestic Sun.

Excellent Vacation Carrie was excellent to work with from even before we arrived! The house was great and any issues were taken care of immediately! Things happen all the time but Carrie always got everything perfect again right away. The house is amazing and the first floor with the built in speakers was amazing to hang out and cook in. The rooms were great for our big group and the showers were roomy. Really enjoyed the entire experience!

Five stars all around! We had a large group and this house had literally everything we needed! From the multiple king-sized bedrooms with baths to the gigantic kitchen, it was just perfect. The house is clean and beautiful and the pool and spa are lovely. The peaceful beach is just steps away and the daily chair set up was a real bonus. The location is also great. I recommend you rent bikes because everything is so close. Carrie was a highlight of the trip- she helped us resolve any question immediately and we were so appreciative. This house is five stars all around! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Skipper’s Escape We stayed at Skipper’s Escape, a super quick and easy walk to the public beach at Shirah Street. The heated pool was a huge hit with our six grandkids ages 9-2, and with all the adults. We rented pool toys and beach gear and were very happy with what we received. The house itself was for sale and needs some TLC. Two kitchen drawer fronts fell right off as did one bathroom vanity door. Two beach lounge chairs were broken and unusable. One tub barely drained and the upstairs AC didn’t work. Beach Reunion was VERY responsive when I called and sent their people right over for repairs.

Good Day Sunshine The house is beautiful amenities are great Carrie the house manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She checked in w me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good and even stopped to put our garage cans out for us and reminded us of our garbage days she was very attentive. I cannot say enough good things about Carrie We will def be back to stay in this home
