GBGeneral maintenance . Grill and dishwasher need to be replaced . Lightbulbs were missing and no one is replacing them. Overall maintenance of the house is lacking . Staff of rental company is responsive , however things are not getting done !

GBAnother great experience with Blue Ridge We are repeat renters through Blue Ridge and have rented several different homes in Eagles Nest now. Blue Ridge does a great job of maintaining and cleaning the homes. They pay attention to the details. We had 2 small issues and they were very professional on the phone and came out within the hour to resolve for us! The home was very nice and we had a wonderful long weekend.

GBGreat experience Blue Ridge did an awesome job. They responded quickly to all requests. We had a couple of requested accommodations that they handled. The ability to text through the customer service number was nice.

GBGreat communication! Great communication! It was very easy to book and the communication did not stop even after your check in and departure. The cabin was everything that was post and more.

GBI have rented through them 3 times in… I have rented through them 3 times in the last 3 years- I have been happy with the rentals as so far the cabins have been nicer than the pictures show. I also like getting the updates on any specials they are having and am not overwhelmed with advertisements.
