He made sure to follow up with me to confirm that everything had been processed correctly. He made this process very easy to understand and walked me through the whole process.

communication was great communication was great, post was done immediately after payment was received. My only complaint is they missed the fact the points were the upgraded signature points which i did point out to them in a phone call. Other than that they were great answering all my questions.
