GBNo value for money The appartement was dated, small and some basis stuff was broken. Windows couldn’t close, AC very noisy and washing machines very poor. Solutions by furnished quarters are nice tries but cheap attempts at a fix and in the end not near value for money. As a purchaser for company housing I would seriously question the price/quality and challenge the offerings.

GBPerfect base for exploring NYC. Our studio apartment served as an excellent base for enjoying a month in NYC. The place was very clean and reasonably well equipped. We didn't come to New York to stock a pantry and cook, so basic appliances and cookware were fine. But the ability to make breakfast, happy hour apps and the occasional meal was great. Building staff was beyond friendly to being actually helpful. When we had a question, FQ responded promptly. We'll be back.

CAGreat stay at 270… I really enjoyed my stay at 270 Boylston. Very central to all amenities and close access to all public transportation. Building was very well kept, clean, great gym, and staff were very friendly. There were only 2 issues that arose; 1. Internet / TV services went down twice during my stay. 2. Radiator in bedroom always blew warm air and was unable to turn off. Definitely not big issues, just wanted to let you know.

GBThe apartment was immaculate The apartment was immaculate. They responded immediately when called with an issue. I was disappointed that the couch bed was unusable when I said I would be needing it for medical help. Had to buy a blow up bed for my help. I paid a huge rent so I expected the bed to be available… I made it clear it was mandatory!

GBUWS retreat The apartment we rented on the UWS for two weeks had been recently renovated so everything was in near pristine condition and extremely tastefully and thoughtfully designed. It was an apartment that we could have easily resided in for months if so needed. With central air, washer/dryer, fully and expensively appointed kitchen and baths and with excellent WIFI and TV service, we feel immediately at home.
