Could not have asked for anything better What a pleasant surprise. Condo is nicely updated and clean as a whistle. It was AMAZING staying right on the beach. Take the elevator down to the parking garage and walk right out to the beach. LOVED having the full kitchen--very well stocked. Joyce was a great communicator; always very responsive whenever I reached out. Can't wait to come back !!!

Vacation in Paradise This is our 3rd year renting this beautiful condo. We love the area, the convenient location (an easy drive to several local beaches) easy drive to downtown Venice and Wellen Park and quick access to the interstate. Paul is a responsive host as well!!

Beautiful home close to beaches and shopping The home is a great layout and has all the amenities necessary for your stay. This is our second winter here and recommend this highly. Landlord responded quickly anytime contacted. Close to Beaches and shopping in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Venice

This Condo was perfect for our family This Condo was perfect for our family, and you cannot ask for more amenities! The location was right on the beach with a beautiful view. Our daily walks to the beaches were so relaxing. The pool area is beautiful and fun. All the necessities were available in the condo, including plenty of beach chairs, towels, and other beach items. The area was great for families, not as busy as some other areas, but everything we needed was close by. Rick was available to us for any question needed and very professional. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location Wonderful location. Walk to beach with ease. Great yard, lanai and heated pool. Publix very close for convenience.
