Excellent as always Excellent. This is our second time using Kingdom Strollers, we never hesitate to use this service every time we return to Disney. The service is efficient, punctual, practical. The strollers are in excellent condition, the raincover and the cooler bag are very useful. We had to return the stroller to another location due to Hurricane Ian and Derrick took care of that in no time. As always, we will choose them again on our next trip.

Convenient Having it dropped off and picked up was very easy and convenient. Communication response time was quick. The stroller I wanted wasn't available but the one I got was decent. My husband had to find a screwdriver to fix the snack tray that started falling apart during use and the handle bar was a bit tacky feeling but nothing that was too bad. I would rent again but definitely need the bigger stroller because my daughter is very tall for her age.

Easiest part of any Disney vacation! Kingdom strollers helps save my trip every time! Thank you for making it so easy to pick up and drop off, bring so understanding and helpful! The customer service is beyond what is expected! I wish y’all also rented out other necessities like playpens and CARSEATS! Such a great experience Such a great experience! When we first got our double stroller, after pushing the kids (5yr & 3yr) around for a bit, the stroller started making a very loud squeak. I emailed the company and they had a new stroller ready for me to exchange with at 6:30am the next morning ! It folded easily and was super comfortable for the kids ! I would absolutely recommend and use kingdom strollers again.

We absolutely had no issues getting our… We absolutely had no issues getting our stroller and giving it back. I was somewhat concerned about how “difficult” it could potentially be but it was a piece of cake. The stroller was in wonderful condition. Renting a stroller rather than bring one allowed us more room for traveling and now having to worry about taking up space. I’ve actually recommended this company to multiple friends with upcoming Disney trips who never even thought to rent a stroller. Thanks for the convenience of being able to rent a stroller and drop it off and pick up at our resort!!!!
