OUTSTANDING customer service! We were so sad to have to move our trip to the Amalfi Coast to next summer 2021 because of COVID. However, the staff at Summer in Italy and in particular, Luca, were outstanding in all aspects of customer service. Luca answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful with travel plans...and then was super responsive and flexible when we ended up having to move the trip to next summer. The pandemic has been so hard for the hospitality industry and we appreciate Summer in Italy's flexibility! Wonderful staff:)

I have been in contact with Luca who has been beyond superb…a true shining star! I had originally reserved a rental in Positano but due to Covid had to cancel. Luca arranged for my credit voucher making my life so easy. Throughout the past several years we have communicated and he has always been helpful, encouraging and always provides prompt and detailed responses to my inquiries. Booking W/ Summer In Italy (SII) for an Amalfi Coast Rental. Booking review only. Will follow up with a complete review post trip. SII was quick and thorough with responses to our questions from the start. It was easy to reserve, and then confirm the booking. We communicated with SII while trying to decide on a property, but we could have reserved one really easy just via the internet if we knew exactly the property we wanted. Great customer service so far.

We were also able to book a 10 day stay which some other providers don’t offer. Many are just 7 - 14 - 21 days. It was important to us to have 10 days and Summer in Italy gave us this. We are very much looking forward to our holiday next year, June 2020.
