GBDisappointing service I normally give 5 stars but this year we had a maintenance problem that took 5 days to resolve. When we arrived the refrigerator was leaking. We cleaned it up. It continued to get worse. We had towels down sopping it up, putting dry towels down and washing the wet ones. We had a puddle in the kitchen. We reported the problem 3 times. Man came out and looked at it and said he couldn't find any leaks. It wasn't until the condo below us reported water coming through the ceiling did anything get done. After fixing our leak, they left the mess on the floor. Icemaker still wasn't working. We had no icemaker all week. Very disappointing.

GBVery helpful and Personable staff Very helpful and Personable staff. Easy to contact staff by phone which I appreciate. Loved the Condo which was well appointed and comfortable. Would love to return to Sanibel again in the near future

GBWhite Sands #24 Ashlee and the staff made sure everything was in order. Very quick and thorough communication. White Sands 24 was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. All aspects of check-in, accomodations and stay were perfect. Excellent job by Island Vacations!

GBIsland Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva…is AMAZING!!! Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva were a joy to work with in obtaining a condo for a week in paradise! They were so helpful, accommodating, friendly, and just a pleasure! We will be back, and we will use Island Vacations again and again and again!!! :-)
