This was our second stay at Lincoln…We will definitely stay there again. This was our second stay at Lincoln House. It is a beautiful, well-equipped space. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving. It is conveniently located to Arcata and the surrounding communities.We will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best vacation… This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in ! It was so charming and clean , and the farm animals were a bonus. The location is perfect as well right next to Patrick’s Point where we hiked all day .

Our third time there w/family and… Our third time there w/family and wonderful as usual but how did you manage sunny clear days the whole time! FYI - housekeeping clean as usual and upon arrival we noticed screen door pushed out at bottom on side entrance, recessed light out over sofa and florescent light in garage constantly flickering and needs changing. Things housekeeping wouldn't notice.

Our stay at the Park Avenue Guest House… Our stay at the Park Avenue Guest House was very relaxing. The home is well appointed, and has a beautiful view of the Arcata Bay. My family and I were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving Dinner, and relax afterwords.
