Incredible House, Incredible Service The house is perfect for a big group. Tons of (very well air conditioned) rooms and bathrooms, huge and beautiful pool, and an amazing staff to help with anything you'd ever need. Martha was incredible in planning our itinerary and Carlos was awesome helping with anything we needed once we were there. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or for better service. We would definitely come back and can't recommend this house, Martha, and Carlos enough.

Great place to stay. The house was well taken care of. Rooms and bathrooms were all nice sizes and clean. The pool was taken care of. The upstairs jacuzzi was great even past midnight even though you felt the water go back and fourth between warm and cold. Staff was great and glad there was so much attention to security. Cooks made amazing breakfast and were accommodating to dietary restrictions. Great place to stay. Martha was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend using her for any future travels.

Martha Hampton is the best of the best Martha Hampton is the best of the best. She knows cartagena like the back of her hand and has the pull to make things happen. If you want to relax and enjoy your trip knowing that someone else is managing the details, and managing the locals managing the details, she is the one. Also handled original covid cancellations and deposit refunds beautifully. Above and beyond excellent service—I just wish she could have been one of the guests given how lovely she is to interact with.

Martha was amazing to work with and always willing and able to assist with any questions we had throughout the process. The gorgeous house we stayed in within the walled city was to die for and the staff was absolutely professional. My husband and I go every year to Cartagena and this was our first time working with Martha. My husband and I came back from our trip saying why hasn’t we found Cartagena Colombia Rentals sooner.
