The website has offered me good… The website has offered me good customer service. I had booked my flight and had to cancel it because I had to choose some other destination. Not being sure what to do I spoke to the customer agent who helped me make the change in an effortless manner.

Check bag situation I was looking to add more bags to my reservation and I got assistance from a very nice agent who helped me all the way through the process and kept me informed, she was available to me even after when I needed clarity on a few other issues I was facing... I think I will be booking here only from now on

Refused my refund even though it was… Refused my refund even though it was their mistake, they hang up the phone every time I call them. Just saw your response, checked my account on 2/27/23 and there is no refund. I have called numerous times and unless I see the money in the account I cannot believe your response.
