Excellent Customer Service!! We had a great experience using American Patriot Getaways. The customer service is top notch. I had booked a cabin that wasn’t going to meet our needs, so I called and the guy I talked to was extremely nice and said that it wasn’t a problem at all and we were able to swap to another cabin in less than 5 minutes and had the cabin we needed for the same price. I was shocked at how easy and fast it was to swap cabins, I was actually dreading calling them expecting to be told that I couldn’t swap, but that wasn’t the case. The check in process was so simple as was the booking process thru their website. Our cabin was in a beautiful area that was convenient to everything we had planned to do. We will definitely use them again and will gladly refer them to anyone needing to find a cabin in the smokies.

Cabin Bearadise 4us We rented cabin Bearadise 4us. We found the cabin somewhat acceptable. Items that needed attention were the bathrooms and overall cleaning. We had a burn site very close and sitting on the porch was limited. The grill was not operable. We rented a luxury cabin and did not feel we received one. Randy and Debbie Jolley
