1st Maui experience was exceptional Wonderful first time in Maui and experience at Hale Kamaole! Very easy booking process and helpful staff when we had any questions. Stay was exceptional and staff were again very helpful and friendly. We were even able to get a later check out when we had a late night flight home. Unit was equipped with almost everything we needed. Only issue was a hard mattress in the main bedroom (sofa bed was great!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The location is excellent The location is excellent, love the gardens nicely maintained, kitchen supplies good & if something is missing housekeeping gets it for your unit. Quiet, except if someone above our unit wheres shoes &goes back & forth allot day & night. Not so much commercial businesses to close but not far. Charla, our agent at Comdominium Rentals Hawaii for decades, is fabulous!!!!

Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei… Our stay at Sugar Beach Resort in Kihei has been fabulous. Our condo is very roomy, comfortable and updated. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable about sights, restaurants and tours in Maui. It is also quiet here with a great pool and beach access without crossing a street.

Location, Location, location! A beautiful property, with, just the perfect location in paradise! It's six floors up and on the beach... We spent the mornings watching the sunrise, sipping kona coffee and watching the whales jump! Then walked the beach... lot's of boat and board rentals nearby. Also nearby is shopping, and lot's of restaurants. Kehei's central location means that side trips to the volcanos and Maui's beautiful scenic drives are closer. There is a wonderful Luau in nearby Wailea too! We would definitely return! Mahalo! Y'all! ;-)

The Palms at Wailea #2108 The Palms at Wailea #2108 is a very nice condo. I would rate it with 5 stars but had to reduce rating to 4 stars for the following: 1) Ceiling fans in living room were not operational at check-in, 2) The condo may not have been used recently so the floors could have used a quick mopping, 3) The timer in the door lock expired before 10 am check-out, and 4) Owner should consider adding window treatment (i.e. miniblinds) to master bath window. CRH did respond quickly to getting ceiling fans working.
