My experience I stayed at the Gramercy park building last summer and was happy with everything. My favorite part was the events and networking that intrnz put on for everyone, it made coming to a new city a lot easier. The rooms themselves were much better than I expected as well. Overall a very good experience.

Housing for summer interns We needed to find housing for our daughter in NYC during her summer internship. I spoke to many companies and cannot say enough about Intrnz. Josh was incredibly helpful but more importantly, he was kind and sensitive to our situation. We had been given false information from the University whose dorm she was going to live in so Josh got George involved and together they fixed what was going to be a tough situation for us. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend intrnz to anyone looking for housing in great neighborhoods in NYC

Great option for intern housing - high quality experience The intrnz team supported us through the whole process from initial questions, initial move-in, and initial set-up, making the whole process smooth. The student housing option at Grammercy Park is top notch and in a great location. We had a logistics problem on move-in day and the team helped us to solve it right away, ensuring a quality experience.

BEST intern housing if you're a student!! I highly recommend using Intrnz if you are a student with an internship in NYC. They provided me with a single room for the summer for my 6 week internship, I ended up moving in a week before I started my internship which turned out to be a good idea because this is when I met some of the people who made the summer so great. All the friends I made were close to my age and it quickly became home away from home for all of us. There is laundry in the building so you don't have to worry about that, fitness center too and great food options nearby. I took the subway to get into my office and my stop was walking distance too.
