GBWe rented a 3 bedroom unit in Water… We rented a 3 bedroom unit in Water Sound. A commode that kept running and a coffee maker missing parts were both quickly dealt with. A prior renter left a swim suit beneath a bed. Great location, clean bathrooms and outside living areas as well.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. We just checked into our property in WaterColor after booking online in June. We have six people in our family, but apparently when booking through my phone I entered 3 guests. 360 provided three bracelets but will refuse to give us three more for the rest of my family. There is no additional cost in booking so I paid thousands of dollars for this house but my family can't go to the beach. We love the beach area but I would hughly recommend you book through another service. We will return but never book through or work with 360 Blue again

GBThe 360Blue App - Useful Tool! The 360Blue App was so helpful for all information regarding the rental from checkin/checkout procedures and entry codes to local weather conditions. Nice tool to have readily available with no paper waste!

GBPerfect family vacation 360 Blue made our whole visit problem free. The home was more than we expected, every amenity you can think of was there. Location was more than great, close to Watercolor Beach Club and the beach while being within walking distance to Seaside. Extremely pleased with every aspect of our family vacation!! Highly recommend 360Blue and this property!!

GBExcellent Service We loved the property-The only hiccup we had was with the front door lock and the elevator. And they had actually emailed about the elevator issue and I had not checked my email that travel day. So issued fixed first day and we LOVED the house. Can not wait to come back. Everything was lovely-amazing home!!! Only issue was we had to come home!!! ha!!
