GBSo I had never used a travel agent...but wow! So I had never used a travel agent in my life. I thought I was pretty tech savvy and there was nothing they could add. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Jacqy was amazing at every step. From her response time when questions were asked, to her presentation of options for the trip, everything was immaculate. It's funny cause literally after our first few interactions, I not only handed over my trip to the UK to Jacqy's magic, but planned 3 more trips for the rest of the year. GBKenya trip Jacqlyne planned a trip to Nairobi and Diani Beach for myself and two of my friends. She was very attentive, professional and extremely responsive. Even when she would be on vacation herself she would still respond in a timely manner. Her planning was spot on for us to do all the activities we wanted to do. She booked all our accommodations. I even had an issue getting a deposit back from one of the resorts and she communicated with the resort for me and I was able to receive my refund with no issues. I would 100% use her services again.

GB6 months postpartum and nearing the end… 6 months postpartum and nearing the end of a long residency training I knew I needed a break in the form of a relaxing vacation!
