GBI enjoyed living there for a month I enjoyed living there for a month. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The space met my needs. There were a couple small things that went wrong, but response to fixing them was fast and effective. There was a very loud tenant on my floor, but that stuff doesn't really bother me.

GB73 E - great location for Chicago 73 E. Lake is in an excellent location for what I'm looking for..walkable distance to restaurants, River Walk, Art Institute , theaters and other activities. The apartment is modern and new and well maintained. I like the workout facility and the rooftop city views. It's a mostly young crowd here and are friendly.
