73 E - great location for Chicago 73 E. Lake is in an excellent location for what I'm looking for..walkable distance to restaurants, River Walk, Art Institute , theaters and other activities. The apartment is modern and new and well maintained. I like the workout facility and the rooftop city views. It's a mostly young crowd here and are friendly.

Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle were great … Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle were great to deal with. I reached out to him on a Thursday and moved in to my apartment the following Monday. The price advertised was the price I paid, no hidden fees and no surprises. Steve was also very accommodating when I had a last-minute lease extension request. Highly recommend Steve Schuldt and Pinnacle.

We expected the move in process to be a … We expected the move in process to be a bit more seamless, but didn't receive any information of when we could move in, I had to reach out to the company to ask for information on this. The unit is great, but for the price that they charge the furniture should be way better (and better looking) and all dishes and glassware is cheap stuff from ikea. I highly suggest bringing your own bedding and towels, the sheets felt like sand paper.

I enjoyed living there for a month I enjoyed living there for a month. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The space met my needs. There were a couple small things that went wrong, but response to fixing them was fast and effective. There was a very loud tenant on my floor, but that stuff doesn't really bother me.
