Have had good experiences but have also… Have had good experiences but have also had some issues with conditions in the units, ( ants, broken shower glass, noise ) Overall we like the facility management is friendly and helpful. I would like to see management honor discounts or specials that come up after you book your reservation but before you arrive.

2019 Margie & Ed We have been utilizing O.G. for years now and have NEVER incurred a problem without the staff's immediate and satisfactory help. Even through 2 hurricanes. Their co-operation was always timely and satisfactory. The reason we keep coming back.Properties are clean, secure and well maintained. They still look and feel brand new.

Sad over the last several years. In the past the place has been pristine and the rooms well kept and clean but our last view visits, whoever the maid service or maintenance people are it has been a real let down. Cracks in the walls, dust on frames and ceiling fan blades and a moldy baby bottle behind the couch. Also when staying we had easy access to sauna and steam rooms but last few years we had to walk to the security shack to borrow a key if after 5pm. Sad.

The unit needed updated The unit needed updated. We had tons of ants and something was wrong with the washer. We’ve been coming there almost 30 years. This was the first time we were disappointed!!
