Now, per-night and other fees are added to the bid price such that you can usually do as well or better with traditional travel sites, with less hassle. Their main web page has also become a bit of a mystery. Click on "Air," and you get a screen that lists -- nothing. Click on "Cruise" and you get a list of 9 cruises all from the same company on similar itineraries. Click on "Closing Soon" and get a list full of puffery but which often doesn't mention the destination until the end, so you have to wade through lots of verbiage -- and many ads for sunglasses, necklaces, and assorted stuff. Bought a number of items from them earlier. Now, I wouldn't bother.

THANK-YOU SKYAUCTION Sky auction is probably my favourite site to book trips .....I know I am always going to get an amazing deal… I love love love travelling and because vacations can be so costly ...I was always restricted,,, until I stumbled upon this site 15 yrs ago… Whether it be a week in Florida, Las Vegas or a cruise… Sky action has always saved me money and allowed me to go more than I would normally be able to....5/5 stars from me... I got a very cheap price for 1 nights… I got a very cheap price for 1 nights hotel stay for 2 travellers at one of the best hotels in Asia, saving at least 60% off the normal price. When i contacted the hotel after winning the auction to check the reservation, they had no trace of it, after a bunch of emails the reservation was found and all went smoothly. I highly recommend sky auctions.

Hidden costs galore! Very disappointing experience. If you do find a baragin and bid several days later you get an email that it was already gone...I believe just a tease to get you excited and then you give in to all the additional hidden costs. Run away from this site- go to veterans vacations or another where the costs are much clearer before you pull out the credit card.
