Once upon a time Once upon a time, they regularly had excellent bargains. Now, per-night and other fees are added to the bid price such that you can usually do as well or better with traditional travel sites, with less hassle. Their main web page has also become a bit of a mystery. Click on "Air," and you get a screen that lists -- nothing. Click on "Cruise" and you get a list of 9 cruises all from the same company on similar itineraries. Click on "Closing Soon" and get a list full of puffery but which often doesn't mention the destination until the end, so you have to wade through lots of verbiage -- and many ads for sunglasses, necklaces, and assorted stuff. Bought a number of items from them earlier. Now, I wouldn't bother.

We had a great experience with Sky… We had a great experience with Sky Auction. Bought a NCL Cruise to Alaska... best cruise at great $$$. Had a issue getting Email confirmation at first and callled CS and spoke to Michael. He was a delight and arranged for all 3 parties to have connecting rooms!!! Thank You so much!!! Looking for more vacations on Sky Auction!!!

We have used SkyAuction since 2010 We have used SkyAuction since 2010. No problems until de pandemic started. We had purchased a voucher for a week long reservation (we decided for Atlantic city in May 2020) and we also purchased an all-inclusive in DR (Bayahibe) for October 2020. Of course, both transactions before the pandemic started. Total cost: around 1200$. To make a long story short, we lost all of our money as both places were closed at the time we were supposed to travel there. For a while, SkyAuction replied to us telling us we had 3 months to rebook. But of course, pandemic still going on made that 3 months unrealistic (as it is the original reason why everything was cancelled). SkyAuction has stopped replying to our emails a VERY long time ago.

Our visit to Royalton Negril When we arrived at the main registration. desk, we were directed to another registration and told that we were "Diamond class." Once registered, we met our two butlers and escorted to our suite. We found out that Diamond Class entitles one to run of the resort, including Hideaway and Grand Lido beaches and spas. The staff members were all top-notch and friendly and personable and great to associate with. They undergo 6 months training/vetting before officially joining the Royalton staff. Food was great, including fresh swordfish, snapper, sea bass and tuna at one of the three buffet grills. At a party for Diamond Class, we won a drawing for "Culinary Experience" dinner for two. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

Excellent first time to Alaska Excellent first time to Alaska, great experience, new NCL JOY, services and fun crowd, I like NCL, started 30 years ago, but also use Princess, RCL, Holland and other lines. Your opportunities also lured us to Eastern Canada last fall. We have cruised dozens of times-Caribbean,all routes and Europe, again most routes. Mexico, Canal and Central America ditto. Opportunity cost to cruise Hawaiian Islands is interesting, even thought many visits for business/vacations,cruising great way to see islands.Price increases some cruise lines impact retirees. SkyAuction is great!
