GBOur visit to Royalton Negril When we arrived at the main registration. desk, we were directed to another registration and told that we were "Diamond class." Once registered, we met our two butlers and escorted to our suite. We found out that Diamond Class entitles one to run of the resort, including Hideaway and Grand Lido beaches and spas. The staff members were all top-notch and friendly and personable and great to associate with. They undergo 6 months training/vetting before officially joining the Royalton staff. Food was great, including fresh swordfish, snapper, sea bass and tuna at one of the three buffet grills. At a party for Diamond Class, we won a drawing for "Culinary Experience" dinner for two. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

GBExcellent website! I was very skeptical about using this site. However, to my delight it is excellent. Whatever is promised, you will receive. Having used this site for several Cruises I am anticipating taking many more trips. I can hardly wait for more offers!

GBFantastic Auction Site Fantastic auction site, really and truly a great way to take advantage of last minute deals on expensive properties! We have even purchases per night deals that beat, every time, the company's website offerings. We have been using this website for nearly 10 years now and wouldn't ever consider going with any other travel site. Bid with confidence, just always read the fine print and there will be no hidden fees or surprises. Do your research and you will never get a better deal. We have been on many incredible vacations that we would have never been able to afford without skyauction. Definitely recommend.

GBHidden costs galore! Very disappointing experience. If you do find a baragin and bid several days later you get an email that it was already gone...I believe just a tease to get you excited and then you give in to all the additional hidden costs. Run away from this site- go to veterans vacations or another where the costs are much clearer before you pull out the credit card.

CAWe have used SkyAuction since 2010 We have used SkyAuction since 2010. No problems until de pandemic started. We had purchased a voucher for a week long reservation (we decided for Atlantic city in May 2020) and we also purchased an all-inclusive in DR (Bayahibe) for October 2020. Of course, both transactions before the pandemic started. Total cost: around 1200$. To make a long story short, we lost all of our money as both places were closed at the time we were supposed to travel there. For a while, SkyAuction replied to us telling us we had 3 months to rebook. But of course, pandemic still going on made that 3 months unrealistic (as it is the original reason why everything was cancelled). SkyAuction has stopped replying to our emails a VERY long time ago.
