family Vacation We were quite pleased with our stay at an Elite Vacation Home. Emerald Island is a very safe and well cared for Resort. The house we stayed in could use a little TLC like painting and carpet cleaning but other than that it was great and served our needs. We paid for pool heat and it really didn't warm up until on the 4th day. Quality dishes, glasses, pots and pans and everything we needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. The bedding and towels were decent quality too. Overall experience was good. Easily accommodated our group of 12.

Elite staff were very helpful Elite staff were very helpful with any problem we had. However, the house could use a good going over. Dishwasher wasn’t working, umbrella on outside table was dirty, vertical blinds in family room were broken. Hot water hard to get to shower. Owner needs to repair these things before renting again.

Excellent company to deal with The whole process from booking to looking after you during your stay is handled professionally and with a friendly approach. The villas are always clean and maintained to a high standard. We have booked our villas through this company for more than 12 years and never ever had an issue. We would highly recommend them

Very nice home Very nice home, clean and comfortable close to supermarket and Disney / Universal... Medieval Dinner and Friday Rodeo just round the corner. Kitchen utensils need a little upgrade if someone is about to cook every day. Otherwise there is nothing else to complain about. We loved staying there Best regards M.Tensing

The House we stayed in was amazing The House we stayed in was amazing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they did not let me know that paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are not included at the house, also, if you have a house with a Jacuzzi, it cost extra to heat it. I thought it was only extra to heat the pool. I didn't mind buying my own paper towels and toilet paper but it would have been nice to know before hand so I didn't have to make a second trip back to Publix for those supplies
