** BIB RIP OFF ** !!! Do not do business with them !!! At first I thought they were very helpful. Marcus worked with me on my flight refund and even sent me a confirmation email of the amount of the refund. Scheduled new flight, Thought, great. Said it would take 30 to 40 days for refund and would need to pay refund fee for each ticket. Ok, had 3 tickets a large refund willing to pay fee to get all my money all back for 3 tickets. Boy was I wrong. No refund and now also paid fee for each ticket. BIG RIP OFF ! Phone is disconnected, don't answer email. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau. Posting to FB.
