SEVery disappointing experience. Very disappointing experience. Ordered a 650 ml bottle on July 16, which never arrived. Bübi Bottle team is not responding to my inquiries about shipping status, nor my request for refund (sent August 21). The bottle was supposed to be a birthday present. The product might be great (I wouldn't know), but the customer service team sure isn't!
