GBUnprofessional Customer Service I've been with Flagship Resort as a valued member for over twenty five years. My husband and I, even upgraded to an "Ultra Membership"....however, they don't value their long-term members! Our mortgage has been paid off for years. Our issue is the annual maintenance fee that was due January 2024. I called several times to make a payment and was on extremely long hold time for over an hour. I recently called back and was informed my husband and I maintenance dues was referred over to a collection company and that I couldn't make any payments with Flagship directly. I spoke with the Collection Company who turned around and added a surcharge of close to 40% on top of the regular maintenance dues. This is outrageous! I called back directly to Flagship Corporate office and spoke to one of their Directors whom "yelled and spoke with me in the most unprofessional manner".....I requested a copy of my Contract and advised I would be escalating. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Therefore, I would like a "True Professional from Flagship Corporate" office to circle back and speak with me directly prior to escalating further for a resolution. Lastly, per my last stay in the Ultra Suites, it rained all over our clothes and we weren't reimbursed. Thank you, Ms. Sullivan (p)917.833.3842
