USReally disappointed I’ve stayed at Phoenix West II NO issues the stay was perfect no complaints but this one Phoenix West is so disappointing,I will not be staying here again. For one the cell service is horrible and it’s just little things but for what you are charged there shouldn’t be any little things …. like no broom, lock on patio door broke , shower curtain in one of the bathrooms doesn’t slide easy because it’s on a steel rod and the curtains hangers are to small , the TV the picture is horrible it’s blue . Like I said comparing apples to orange this Condo is is kumquat

USIsland Winds East is not suitable for families Can’t believe that Brett Robinson represents the Island Winds East Property. Condos are small and dated. Limited to 1 parking space per condo, including the 3 bedrooms. Worst of all is that their is no restroom for the pool, so it acts as a large urinal. Extremely disappointed in our stay, and as annual travelers to Brett Robinson properties this stay will serve as reason to book elsewhere in the future.

USRented 1325 Rented 1325, 2 Bedroom, at the Phoenix on the back bay last week. When we arrived there was sand in the master bed, roaches in the master bathroom, ironing board in master bath with iron on top, (it almost fell on top of my sons head), microwave handle broken, garbage disposal broken, two tables in living area broken on the sides, only 3 towels for the unit, 1 remote for 3 TV's, lamps in living area did not work. The last day of our stay we found other towels in the dryer. On our way back home we contact Brett Robinson and they transferred my call, then transferred my call and no one ever called me back. Interesting enough everytime I called they wanted to rent me another condo but nobody to field complaints.

USPhoenix X Stayed at Phoenix X last week with family in unit 1412. The condo was very dirty especially the floors . The silverware had food caked on most pieces as did many of the plates and pots present in the condo. The view was nice and we enjoyed the balcony. It was disappointing to see how dirty the condo was especially in the midst of the COVID pandemic . First thing we did when we arrived was go to Publix and buy cleaning supplies ( as well as incidentals like toilet paper and dish soap as they don’t provide anything but a single roll of toilet paper ) and clean the whole place .

USFirst family beach trip!! So happy we booked for the Memorial Day weekend (Thurs-Tues), which made our first getaway with the whole family even more memorable. As soon as I found out Gulf Shores beaches were open, we booked our trip to include my boyfriend and my brother's girlfriend, my niece, along with our parents. 3 bedroom condo at Phoenix X was clean, and LOTS of CDC guidelines being followed by Brett-Robinson - perfect!!! Staff was attentive, security checks and constant cleaning in high traffic areas; I wouldn't expect anything less having stayed at this property previously. My parents, who aren't crazy about the beach, loved it! Ready to book again!
