GBUnresponsive It has been several months of us contacting Sapphire Resorts to be let go from our timeshare and they show no signs of any cooperation. So far, they have not offered any help or answers as to why the presentation they gave was almost completely opposite information from what they were actually selling. Their advice is to sell or gift it to someone, which still leaves us on the hook until someone is willing to take it, and no one is. We also do not want to be held responsible for passing this over to an innocent person knowing that Sapphire lied to us about the details of the timeshare. We have not been able to use it one time. Every time we have attempted to set up a trip, nothing is available regardless of the dates, times of year, or locations. According to the salesman we would have no problem using it, there are a ton of available properties around the world, and worst of all, that it would be worth more money one day! Do not give this company your business. They will not keep their word, they will not offer solutions or help, and they do not have customer service skills. They lie to make money and lock you into a meaningless contract.
