After contacting Cheap Caribbean, Bryce called and took every bit of stress off my shoulders. He arranged with my hotel to increase my stay for free so we didn't lose a day vacation. He advised the company collecting us from the airport that we would be traveling a day late. He booked us a return flight and even checked us on our flight and forwarded boarding passes when Frontier was not accepting my check-in.
