Randall is AMAZING!! Randall with ski.com was the best and most professional person that I’ve worked with online. He helped me navigate our travel plans thru a travel interruption because my wife became injured from a bad skiing accident. He helped me get the info together that I needed to file a claim on our travel insurance and he was very encouraging and helped me think through all the steps for getting us back home.

The BEST I have been assisted by Michelle Othero for over 20 years and have ALWAYS gotten great service and quick response to any issue that may arise. Michelle is my go to person for all things Skiing, she is the best! Wouldn't use anyone else.

Top Notch While I write the review, we have not taken our ski vacation but based on the fantastic customer service from Kim at Ski.com, we are assuming it will go well. She has been very informative with lodging, flights, ski rentals, and lift tickets. We have even changed our location and she started over with new recommendations. It was nice to have someone guide us and respond very promptly! Highly recommend!
