Great service and better than expected price I was looking book an exact set of flights as I wanted to add a passenger to an existing itinerary. Leo was very willing to work with me and suggested different options. He was able to find a ticket that was almost exactly what I was looking for and found it for a cheaper price than what I could have found online. He even got assigned seats for free on BA.
