GBFabulous guides, overall great experience Excellent customer service; the guides were fantastic - Ana at the Vatican was fabulous, very knowledgeable, and made us feel so comfortable; Alessandro, our full day tour guide was so much fun, made us laugh, taught us about Rome, took us to delicious lunch place, and gave us the best day of our entire Italy trip! The prices are a little high, and there was some confusion of what exactly our days would be like. Overall, great company, we would use again and highly recommend.
