Excellent travel planning experience We worked with Pavlus Travel and our advisor Sheila to plan and book a cruise and land vacation to Colombia and to the Caribbean via Explora Journeys. Sheila was wonderful, efficient and helpful in keeping our costs for air in line with our budget. Air issues solved I recently took a cruise to the Canary Islands. On the outbound trip the airline experienced a 24 hours delay. And receiving a cash back after the trip is very welcomed. We even received some money prior to our cruise. If the agent a client is assigned to isn't available, another agent quickly stands in and handles the reservation seamlessly.
