Skyler O’Donnell was extremely helpful and communicated all necessary information to us before and during the trip. We had an incoming flight change, in addition to a mix-up on a hotel twin beds situation. Everything was handled for us very efficiently and swiftly. Our tour guide, Barak Berkovich, is an absolute treasure. He, by far, exceeded the role of a guide. We hope to tour again with this company, and with Mr. Berkovich. Our driver, Benny, was impressive as well. He took great care of us, and added to the high level experience of this tour. Essentially, all of our expectations, but also our hopes for this once in a lifetime trip, were fulfilled. Thank you, sincerely.

Marko Bruno Our guide, Marco Bruno, maximized the tour. He was meticulous in every detail, selected the best guides for the cities and made each one of us (31) feel like we were celebrities. I was in a two week crash course of 5 of the 20 regions of Italy’s geography, ancient civilization, culture, etc. I am left with a hunger to go back and visit the remaining regions. It was a dream come true and every day I had to pinch myself. I loved the Almafi coast, Capri, Siena and the Vespa ride in San Giaganamo which I credit Marko with making it happen. My favorite evening was celebrating Norris’s 98th birthday with my travel family. It was a magical evening!!!

Touring Israel with American Israel Tours My experience with American Israel Tours was amazing. From the planning of my trip to finally touring the holy land was organized and detailed. The hotels were inviting, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was good. The tour guide, Yair, was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. He made this trip memorable. Will definitely use American Israel Tours again.
