TalkHiring helps in alleviating the financial strain with being unemployed but having to treat job seeking like a full-time position. I have been using TalkHiring for less than 2 months and already cashed out on the payment received for the job applications submitted. The cashback varies per job but a few cents is better than nothing and this “income” strategy is a great incentive to continue in the job hunting market! Not only does TalkHiring systematize your job searches but there is also a graph visualization of your job search progress included. Since signing up, I now start my job searches at TalkHiring before looking through other platforms. So if you are currently a job seeker and are looking to be compensated for your hard efforts, this is the platform you should be looking at first! But if you are presently employed by the HR department in a company, please recommend having your recruitment team partner up with TalkHiring. This innovation is revolutionary and I highly recommend that we collectively support this idea to make it a standard in the future! “Time is money”. A huge thank you to TalkHiring for expanding your partnership by connecting with other platforms like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc. I will continue to prioritize this site for job searching because – let’s be transparent – it is better to get some coins out of anything than to receive $0/nothing for labor like job seeking. A 4/5 because there is room for improvement. For example, I would love to see a reward incentive for each interview done as well.

Payment received for applications I applied for multiple jobs that fit my skillset and I received the payments for those applications within days. It is nice to receive payments for jobs that I would apply for even without payment. I will continue to use this site for my job search.
