Marriott Platinum Status David was great in helping me get the Marriott Platinum Status. The whole process took about a month. I was a little nervous at the beginning because I had to give a lot of my personal information but it worked out in the end. David was quick to respond to any questions I had and he kept me updated along the way. Overall a great experience and no surprises.
