Get the price right upfront, no surprises and a courteous, friendly and quick staff. I've parked with them numerous times without issues. And frequent parkers get points to use for free parking!

GBWebsite Difficult I had a lot of trouble with the website. I used Air Park once before so I tried to log in. It said my email was not found. So I presumed that meant I did not make an account. I tried to make one but the registration page kept asking me for my old password. I don't have one! It would not let me proceed so finally I gave up and just make a reservation without making an account. I would like to have an account and get the discounts/promos but I can't figure out how and there is nobody to call for help

GBI am typically happy with the parking… I am typically happy with the parking experience, but making the reservation is a real pain! If you had a way to hold onto most of the information, we have to add every time, that would be great. Also, making me AAA reservation paperwork easier would help as well. Just a lot of time filling in the blanks that if there were away to auto fill, that would be great. Would also like to see the price before, and after the AAA discount, and if it were easier to see points, I have accumulated that would help too. Thanks!
