Connect pay mess with dept of labor I signed up with connect pay in 2023. In october I got a letter from department of labor saying i failed to comply. I called connect pay and they blamed the DOL but said it was fully resolved. Fast forward to january i am issued a fine by the DOL. I called connect pay and they said they would look into it. It is now march and I have called, emailed multiple times to get an explanation of what happened and all I hear is that their tax department is looking into it. If you want headaches with payroll this company is the right fit for you.
