DEWe arrived late due to a transport… We arrived late due to a transport delay and the tour bus had already left. I was quite surprised and very grateful that Panorama staffs were very accommodating to our situation and offered that another tour guide took us in a smaller car to join the bigger group. Along the way, he asked us not to worry, and he caught us up on what we may have missed. Thanks so much for your remarkable service, my Mum had a lovely and memorable time 🥰
