GBperson the help phone call was great… person the help phone call was great but had difficulty processing the transaction. also it is always difficult to print the labels and attach to the bags. it is sometimes hard to get supplies from fedex.

GBVery helpful customer service Very helpful customer service! Was my first time using Ship Skis and had questions. I called during hours and I spoke to a person! Very helpful with directions and instructions. My return of the equipment had a hiccup with FedEx bc the pick up was from a college dorm so I called ShipSkis and they fixed it. Will use the service again!!

GBEasy and less expensive than doing it myself. I made a mistake and sent 2 pair of skis and 1 bag of miscellaneous equipment myself out west thinking it would be easier and cheaper than using Ship Skis. Wrong. I pulled the trigger and used them on the return, and it was 1) much easier and 2) about 15% less than doing it on my own. Lesson learned. These guys are really good - they even sent me the shipping label and zip-ties to secure it to my bags by Fedex a few days before everything was picked up. Everything was tracked and communication by email and text was straightforward and comforting.

GBWe were very please with our experience… We were very please with our experience with Ship Skis. Our skis were delivered earlier than expected so we had no concerns about receiving them to enjoy our trip. The price to ship was very reasonable. We will use Ship Skis again for our next trip.
