She definitely has gone the extra mile in helping me get the exact times, flights, airline carrier, and especially the type of aircraft I enjoy while traveling to Italy. Great company to do business with I had a great experience first with Amelia and then Bree took over and Bree definitely went the extra mile and did everything humanly possible to get me a great rate with the least amount of layovers and then accommodated me by splitting my payment into two section which helped a lot. I commend Stacey for her persistence I commend Stacey for her persistence, persuasion and planning my trip to India. She was extremely patient in crunching the numbers for me (I am leaving at a peak time) and coordinating the dates. Each time I she gave me the dates I would request her for another set of dates. This happened almost four to five times and I never heard any sign of exasperation or irritation on her part. Even after I told her I may go with someone else she did not give up on me. That "someone" else turned out to be a flake anyway. Good Job Stacey. You have represented TBC very well and have done them proud!! We will definitely be in touch for any future travel needs.
