GBRidiculous cancellation policy … We were a loyal customer & took five other trips with YMT in the past & have never been treated bad. We booked another cruise with YMT & unfortunately had to cancel due to my health. I have to undergo heart surgery & was unsure so we thought we’d cancel in plenty of time to get our money back, Cruise wasn’t scheduled to depart until 2025, & we canceled within 10 days of booking it. Nothing was done to warrant keeping our $500.00 deposit. Unfortunately YMT is keeping our deposit. Obviously money means more to the company than keeping good relationships. We won’t be using YMT services again!!
