Shelly to the Rescue Shelly was a paragon of patience and information. For three years we have been waiting to proceed with a reservation initially delayed thanks to the onset of Covid. Finally we reached a point where we thought it was safe to renew our attempts to fly "multi-city" to Europe. Shelly furnished us with several options, went back and looked for more at our request, and facilitated our choice after we eventually made a decision. It was a true pleasure dealing with Shelly, and we certainly appreciate the opportunity to work with her.
