Doug saved me weeks of research & then some I would admit to being initially skeptical about paying for expert advice on the private jet market. It turns out that this highly fragmented and opaque market just isn't navigable without such advice. The resources available, particularly the database, are alone worth the value, but Doug's responsiveness over email and willingness to assist on a more customised basis really takes things to the next level. Essentially you get a spreadsheet to… Essentially you get a spreadsheet to review. You can spend hours trying to determine the outcome based on some assumptions. But I found some of the data is not up to date. For example when dealing with one one of the jet card providers I advised them I was using this program and they new the owner but also gave me data to change. The other annoying issue is trying to print a selectable comparison for a few providers was almost impossible to print and share. So the benefit of the service is all the data for all the vendors is in one place. Extracting specifics for your needs is a challenge.

Too complicated to read and 60 pages to… Too complicated to read and 60 pages to download the spread sheet is way too much. We have no idea what we want or what is available to our bracket and our needs. Though the analysis gave us three companies, we don't really understand the jet card set up. We did fill out the Decider form in good detail and made it clear that we were neophytes in this new endeavor. Right now we feel paralyzed by the choices, the language and terminology, and all the right and black print.
