USLove Pack Up & Go! This was my third Pack Up & Go trip, and I can’t wait to schedule my next one! Every experience has been unique and lots of fun. There is a good balance of planned activities and time to explore. The customer service team is really responsive and quick. The hotel I stayed in last time accidentally charged my card instead of Pack Up & Go for the room, and the issue was resolved in under 12 hours after I contacted customer service.

USThis was our 2nd trip with Pack Up and… This was our 2nd trip with Pack Up and Go. Just as last time, I can't say enough great things! Their attention to detail is impressive. The activities they booked for us were perfect. On both trips I was amazed....it was like they actually knew us! I could literally not have done better myself. And I love that booking these trips takes the pressure off of me to plan things to do and find places to eat.

USChicago Pack +Go used the information given to design an ideal trip for us. The activities were targeted for my granddaughters interest. The hotel accommodations and our room was perfect. The $200 Uber gift certificate was very nice to have and use

USNo worries Flights were booked, put us in a 4* hotel, dinner reservations were made, meet all expectations and then some. We've done this 7 times and all have been great.

USGreat concept Great concept. But we've booked 3 times. 2 out of 3 times it seems that no one really took the time to read what we wanted for our vacation. It was completely off.
