GBSatisfied Customer Leo went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with my booking after the airline stated that the prices had gone up and could not confirm my initial booking. He completed my booking with the the new airline rates and assured me that I'd be refunded the difference. Once I had received the refund, Max called to follow up to ensure that I had received it. I don't normally purchase airfare tickets via 3rd party agents, but this was a pleasant experience despite the initial hiccup.

GBCustomer service is great I booked a flight 2 monthes ago. Unfortunately because of the vehicle accident, i have to do the surgery and I cannot make the Date that I fly. I was trying to looking for someone to help me Customer Service Sam help me with a lot of passionate. He provide a good service to me and being very patient.
