CAIncorrect Info Provided Incorrect Info Provided According to the email sent,it was recommended that we arrive at 4:30 to ensure the best seating possible. This did not prove to be the case as the tables were all preassigned. This resulted in having to pay for 1 hour parking to get us to the 5:00 free parking. There was no benefit to arriving early and I recommend you change your welcome email to reflect this. Arriving between 5 and 5:30 would have been the preferred arrival time.

GBluau The dancers were amazing and the waitress excellent. It was a bit of a rocky start. We paid for VIP seating and when we got to the venue, we didn't have seating. They didn't make sure the VIP's were seated before the general public, therefore we had to stand around until they got people moved around. This meant we were t the end of the line for the buffet. The food was okay, not a great selection. Probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

GBWe very much enjoyed our guided tour to… We very much enjoyed our guided tour to Hana! Our tour guide, Jamie (hope that's spelled correctly) was the best part. She kept us well informed and entertained with local lore, history, tales of island living historic and current. We couldn't imagine having taken that drive ourselves, we would've missed too much! Scenery was incredible, lunch was excellent, best pineapple EVER and the oddest thing.....we saw a total of four orange tabbies during our trip, each one at a different location. Too cool.

GBHighly recommend! We booked two activities, both a luau and a snorkeling cruise, through Maui Activities and had such a great time! Also, amazing customer service! They even helped us to reschedule one of our activities last minute, going above and beyond to make our trip go smoothly. Highly recommend!

GBWe booked the Calypso Sunset Dinner… We booked the Calypso Sunset Dinner Cruise for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration trip in July. We we decided to cancel our vacation this year and have been waiting since June 15th for our refund for 18 people. We’re very disappointed in their lack of response to emails and phone calls. UPDATE: Wil called and explained their staffing situation due to covid and inability to keep up with all the phone calls and emails. I appreciated the call and he refunded me what we paid for the dinner cruise.
