Review of Agent Jimmy My agent Jimmy was courteous and very thorough in completing my transaction. He kept me apprised of what was happening throughout the process. I think Jimmy is a great asset to Infinity Travel as he is very competent. I was happy to have been able to have him help me.

I’m convinced I was scammed. The representatives I talked with were polite enough, but I am convinced I was scammed. I have reported this experience. My call to Delta Airlines was intercepted by Infinity Travel. 🤷‍♀️ M. as much admitted that this happened. I’m also convinced that I paid WAY more for my tickets than if I’d actually reached Delta. BTW, my trip was booked with American Airlines by S. A. instead of with Delta. That should have been my clue to not continue the transaction. Additionally, M. was quite insistent about opening this review while he still had me on the phone when I called to inquire about some flight changes. It’s becoming more and more difficult to recognize scams immediately.
